Jiuzhaigou Scenery

Known as the “Fairyland on Earth”, Jiuzhaigou (九寨沟) lies at the southern end of the Minshan mountain range, 435 km north of the provincial capital of Chengdu, with an average altitude between 2,000 and 3,000 meters. It is part of the Jiuzhaigou County in the Aba Tibetan Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of northwestern Sichuan province, near the Gansu border.
